HOW DOES THE PRINTING PROCESS WORKS??

Salam2 kepada teman2 semua, peehhhh lama gila dh aku x update blog. tgh time2 tengah sem mesti assignment melambak, test banyak nk mati n pressure final nk dekat. tula time2 awal sem enjoy sakan, now terima la penawar nye. bala smua ni, bala, bala...ahaha, okay so anyways aku nk berkongsi sikit perihal subjek which I think sgt interesting, PDT160 Basic OffsetLithography. Dalam kebanyakkan industri pencetakan kt mana2 kilang or whatsover kt Malaysia ni mostly gunakn method OffsetLithography. So okay korang mesti dh meraban merapu, basic offlithokewhhaat??! so dont worry aku akan terangkan briefly ape benda tu. Dalam printing process ade 4 pecahan/ jenis print process, which is Offset, Gravure, screen printing, and Letterpress/flexography.

Aku x mau peningkan pale otak korang dgn memende pelik ni so aku akan skip bende2 yg x patot.So dalam post ni aku terangkan bahagian OffsetLithography since aku baru blaja yg tu. in every pecahan2 yg aku dh listkan ade 3 basic workflow which is PREPRESS-PRESS-POSTPRESS. kerja2 PREPRESS melibatkan kerja2 sebelum pencetakan bermula dr scrap, finished design, to film and plate. Selalu nya design2 akan di buat melalui software adobe, Photoshop,inDesign, illustrator and etc.

Bila Design2 tu dh siap, contoh simple la..majalah, every muka surat akan disusun mengikut susunan. and bila dh disusun baru lah image di transfer ke film. Owh before aku teruskan (banyak betui details nye) dalam process plate making, there are two method which is CTF(Computer To Film) and CTP(Computer To Plate). CTF is somewhat I simplify as the oldschool way sbb leceh dimana image kena transfer ke film, dh tu kena stripping, and film tu pulak kne dedahkan cahaya ke plate where the images will be trasfered to the plate due to the strong source of light.

tak sama pulak bg method CTP where the image is trasferred directly( terus menerus) ke atas plate. method ni baru sbb pencetak CTP baru wujud in these few recent years. tapi untuk subjek yg ni aku kena study the CTF way.

Okay so last week me and my fellow frens kena wat research untuk process Plate making the CTP and CTF as I metioned earlier. So step pertama skali bermula dengan design. untuk contoh mudah aku amek Notepad kecik, sebab untuk projek semester ni aku kena buat notepad. Aku wat simple design jer, malas nk rosak fikiran wat benda susah2.

Oleh kerana aku fanatic game Monster Hunter aku wat design logo Jinouga. So step seterusnya ialah IMPOSITION. seperti aku dh terangkan kat atas susunan mengikut mukasurat(kalau ada) after susunan dh dibuat image tadi di transferkan ke film, OUTPUTTING.

So after dh cetak ke film, process seterusnya ialah Plate exposure dimana film yg dh dicetak tadi di lekat kn ke atas plate kosong dan di expose ke cahaya sinar UV terang. image yg berada di atas film td akan melekat ke plate kosong td.

THE HISTORY OF MY HANDPHONE LEGACY =D

Moshi2 :D Wats up doods, it has been quite a while since my last update on my bloggy, sgt2 busy dgn assignment art2 kuh ditambah dgn test2 yg melambak, biasa la dh sampai tgh semester kn, some of you guys may facing the same too. anyways since Ive got no new story to tell how bout this time I tell you a little about my history of handphones that i have used.

Okay so it all started out when I was 15, me and my bro decided to buy a phone with our angpow money during eid. We surveyed from shop to shop in finding a cheap and convenient phone. after hundreds of phone we decided to pick this phone since it got recording function and mp3 equiped. Sony Erricson J300i

It cost us around 230rm if Im not forgotten. we were kinda satisfied with the phone except we were sharing so there are times where we kinda argue when one of us want to use the phone.

right after 2 years, I decided to buy my own phone and that time Motorola was a hit. Kinda ask my frend for some help and finally I got my self the awesome Motorola RAZR V3. I kinda have an obssesion on flip phones so I really liked that phone pretty much.

I used this phone for a year and a half, and kinda switch to another phone since this phone got no Memory Card so I kinda stuck with some few songs only. How much I wish not to switch phone cuz V3 is awesome already, since it got no MC its a bye2 for me. The next phone on my list were the Sony Erricson K530i. Sadly I only used this phone for only few weeks cuz that phone was stolen when I was in my dorm. Imagine memang bengang tahap cipan plus gelabah plus marah plus sedih. Senang citer aku berkabung lame gak la sbb barang mahal hilang spe x sedih kn. after that aku juz guna phone Nokia murah just wat ade2

After my SPM examination, Ive my self quite a result though it is not that great but as a reward from it, I got my self a new phone from my granny. It was my favourite phone that time cuz it is a flip phone. Motorola RAZR V3x. It is kinda the same as V3 but it has 3G equipped and Memory Card available.

Ni la aku rase phone paling lame aku guna sebab guna sampai jahanam flip phone ni. biasa la laki pakai ganas sikit. agak2 nk angkat call tu dia punya swing bajet macam phone org kaya jer..LoL.

Anyways aku rase aku guna phone ni just 2 tahun lebih jer sbb mmg total lost dh sbb rosak habis smpai nk repair pun x leh. So time tu minat aku kt phone dh kurang sikit so aku just beli phone wat ade2 nk msg and boleh dgr lagu. so phone ni lah jd pilihan aku. Motorola W270. Flip lagi?? aku dh cakap aku mmg obses dgn phone flip. the reasons for it? entah la, mybe sbb bentuk dia unik kot. :P

Phone ni aku beli harga x mahal sgt, dlm rm299 jer sbb function pn just kt music shje. No camera and Bluetooth. SO nk transfer lagu pakai usb cable. Memory card leh sampai 2G so agak byk la lagu leh masukkn. and guess what? phone ni pn dh lan jahanam gak dek sbb flip problem gak la. aku bila nk bukak flip ofcoz ganas. lol and sekarang pn aku just pakai nokia biasa jer. malas nk tukar2 phone. dgr lagu pn skrg pakai PSP aku jer so x de la masalah sgt bile boring nk dgr lagu. teringin jugak nk pakai phone mahal2 cma korang tp aku x kaya byk duit. dh la ptptn x dpt so kena la aku berpuasa beli phone. haha (kesian nye kt aku)

anyways sampai sini jer kot story aku. korang ape cer lak? mesti ade story2 pasal handphone. pape hal de komen la. till the next post doods, cheers :D

MY GUSI BENGKAK!! xDD GIGi BONSGU IS COMING OUT..

Okay so for the past two days Ive been holding an unbare able pain due to my gum aching. I have been speechless and in a very bad mood for the past two days. Imagine going to class dgn gusi yg sakit teramat. The funny thing is, my gum start aching rightly after I ate durian last week. I had a slight fever for two days and right after my fever is gone my gum aches. My friend says that it is a sign that my wisdom tooth(gigi bongsu) is coming out. Okay so at first I havent got a clue. Gigi Bongsu??? WTH is that?? so after I went to the dentist yesterday, Congratz U will have a new baby teeth. I was like " OMG!!!" and uhhh im 20, should we grow more teeth at this age around? SO I googled up and yeah I am dead. I hear lots of death gazing, death defiying, terror of death stories regarding wisdom teeth. 2 to 3 years of pain because of the process.

Im sure most of u guys have some stories too regarding this wisdom teeth. it must be terrifying isnt it. anyways Im facing a healing process due to my gum aching and the teeth is forcing its way out of the gum. anyways til the next post doods. cheers =D
